Parking Restrictions Take Effect in Hackettstown
Vehicles parked near Centenary College, Arthur Terrace, James Court and Tannery Field face restrictions.

Several parking restrictions have taken effect in Hackettstown this month:
Centenary College
Vehicles parked near Centenary College starting last week to the Friday before Memorial Day will require a residential or visitor parking permit. Vehicles parking in these posted areas are required to display the proper permit, which is issued by the Town of Hackettstown. The parking restriction is in effect from Monday at 6 a.m. to Friday at 7 p.m. Vehicles displaying the permits are still required to following the overnight parking restrictions.
No stopping or standing
Arthur Terrace from catwalk to Mitchell Road and the entire length of James Court has a no stopping or standing ordinance during certain hours while school is in session. One side of the street will have no parking from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and the opposite side will have no parking from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Hackettstown High School students are encouraged to obtain a parking pass from the school since there is limited availability on the side streets.
Tannery Field
Vehicles can be parked in the Tannery Field lots during the permitted posted times without restrictions. Parking during all other times is limited to those using Tannery Field only.
