Patrick (Miniature Poodle) is looking for his new home.

Patrick is a pure white miniature poodle who lost his home when his owner died. The family gave him away, and when he ran away from that home, they never reported him missing even though it was the dead of winter. Luckily people were leaving food out for him, but he was too frightened to approach anyone.  After a month he finally allowed someone to catch him.  He was terribly matted so you will see he is shaved in his photos, but he has beautiful curly hair when it grows in.  Once he realized he was safe, he bonded with his caretakers and is now quite happy when he sees them.  Patrick has a growing wardrobe of coats that his fans have donated to keep him warm.  He knows basic commands and is good on a leash but he is still frightened from the difficult time he went through and needs a quiet home. Patrick is 8 years old and in excellent health.  He is neutered and vaccinated.
