St. Pat's Parade Roads, Parking Details Announced

Closures and parking rules will be in effect for Sunday, March 10.

As February draws to a close, one of Hackettstown’s biggest annual events continues to approach as residents and businesses alike gear up for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

The hours-long event will take place Sunday, March 10, beginning at 4 p.m. The following road closures will be in effect:

Rt. 46 (Main Street) between Liberty Street and Warren Street at 3:30 p.m.
Rt. 182 (Mountain Avenue) between Rt. 46 and Victoria Lane at 3:30 p.m.

Police will be on scene to direct traffic through alternate routes.

No parking will be allowed on the following streets starting at 2 p.m.:

  • Rt. 46 (Main Street) between Grand Avenue and Warren Street
  •  Washington Street between Grand Avenue and Valentine Street
  •  Valentine Street between Rt. 46 (Main St) and Beatty Street
  •  Washington Street between Warren Street and Bells Lane
  •  Victoria Lane between Rt. 182 (Mountain Avenue) and Mitchell Road
  •  Bells Lane between Rt. 182 (Mountain Avenue) and Washington Street

Any vehicles parked in any of the designated areas will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense.
