Urinating in Public Gets Man Lewdness Charge, Cops Say

51-year-old Hackettstown man allegedly relieved himself in front of someone else.

A Hackettstown man was charged with lewdness after urinating in front of another person in public, Hackettstown Police Sgt. Darren Tynan said.

Around 3:40 p.m. Saturday, police responded to Liberty Street in reference to a male allegedly urinating in front of an individual, Tynan said.

When police arrived on the scene, the alleged urinator was gone, Tynan said. Through an investigation it was revealed Adan Guillen-Archaga, 51, allegedly urinated in front of the individual before leaving, Tynan said.

Guillen-Archaga was charged with lewdness and given a court date.
