Exercise, reimagined for the life you’re living now. Discover a more flexible way to stay physically active. Even when life changes the plan.You want to stay active. You make the plan; a morning workout, a walk after work, a class you’ve been meaning to take.
And then life gets in the way. Work gets busy. Family needs you. Your schedule changes. You’re tired. Something unexpected comes up, and once again, physical activity gets pushed aside.
What if being more consistent isn’t about sticking perfectly to the plan—but learning how to adapt when the plan changes?
This fall, Growth &amp; Grit Health &amp; Wellness is offering Rethink&nbsp;Exercise, an online 11-day email created for women who want a more realistic, adaptable approach to staying physically active.
From October 4–14, participants will explore practical ways to rethink consistency, respond to obstacles, build confidence through small wins, and find ways to stay active within the realities of everyday life.
The experience includes:
<ul><li>Two optional live virtual gatherings- join us live if you can or watch the recording&nbsp;</li><li>10 days of short email guidance</li><li>Simple reflections and real-life experiments</li><li>An optional private WhatsApp community</li></ul>
