Fall Festival returns to Haddonfield
A juried crafts show on Tanner Street with more than 50 vendors, a big book sale at the Masonic Temple, pumpkin painting, and scarecrow stuffing are expected to be popular features of Haddonfield’s Fall Festival on Saturday, October 4.
More than 45 Haddonfield community and civic organizations will set up exhibits on the Kings Highway sidewalks to promote their activities and events, publicize their programs and services, and recruit members.
Musicians and other entertainers will perform during the day. Haddonfield’s many fine stores, restaurants, and vendors of libations will be open for business, as usual, and the Farmers Market in Kings Court will operate from 8:30am to 1pm.
Set to run from 10am to 4pm, Fall Festival is organized by the Haddonfield Lions Club. Subaru is the major sponsor, and financial support has been provided by The Haddonfield Foundation, the Haddonfield Cultural Events Commission, and a number of generous donors. The book sale is sponsored by Haddonfield Friends of the Library.
In case of inclement weather, the festival and crafts show will be postponed to Saturday, October 11. An announcement will be posted on the Lions Club’s website – HaddonfieldLions.org – by 6am on Saturday, October 4.
