Contested BOE Elections Set For Both Haddonfield And Haddon Township
There is plenty to choose from in this year's Board of Education elections.

There will be contested elections in both the Haddonfield and Haddon Township public school districts this year.
A total of five people have filed petitions to run for three open, full-term seats in Haddonfield this year. Only one person filed to run in the special election to fill one year remaining on an unexpired term before Monday’s 4 p.m. deadline, according to the Camden County Clerk’s Office. In Haddon Township, seven people will run for three open, full-term seats.
In Haddonfield, all four incumbents have filed to run for re-election. Maureen Lynn Eyles, Robert Little III and Heather Paoli will each run for re-election to their three-year seats. They will be challenged by Glenn R. George and Thomas Vecchio. Glenn Moramarco will run unopposed in the special election.

In Haddon Township, incumbents John Kendall and William Mann are running for re-election. They will be challenged by Kevin Beals, Dan Carson, Christopher Cook, Kellie Hinkle and Craig Roncace.
Friday, Aug. 4, is the deadline for challenges to nominating petitions in this year’s school board elections. Election Day is Nov. 7.
