Haddonfield To Celebrate Valentine's Day With 2 Special Events

HADDONFIELD, NJ — Haddonfield will celebrate Valentine’s Day over the course of two days with a pair of special events. The following descriptions were provided by the Partnership for Haddonfield:

Galentine’s Day – Thursday, February 11
Grab your gal pals for a day of shopping and dining during our annual Galentine’s Day event! Throughout the day and into the evening, participating merchants along Kings Highway and our charming side streets – which include Mechanic Street, Ellis Street, Tanner Street, Haddon Avenue, and Kings Court – will be offering all sorts of specials and deals to shoppers who visit their stores.

Vow Renewals – Sunday, February 14
The third annual ‘I Heart Haddonfield’ continues on Valentine's Day, Sunday, February 14, with selfies and special events at the "Open Heart" sculpture at Kings Court. Officiants will be onsite to ‘make it official’ for couples who would like to renew their vows, get married (official NJ documents required), get engaged, or make partnership commitments. The event is limited to 45 couples and reservations are required (no walk-ins). Register at HaddonfieldSculpture.org.

Downtown Haddonfield is adhering to state guidelines by requiring visitors to wear masks indoors amid the coronavirus pandemic. Masks should also be worn outdoors when six feet of social distance cannot be practiced. Social distancing should be maintained between visitors wherever possible, and hand sanitizing protocols should be practiced.
