Haddonfield Library Reopening For Curbside Pickup
The Haddonfield Public Library reopened for curbside pickup and book drop returns this week.
HADDONFIELD, NJ — The Haddonfield Public Library has set forth guidelines for requesting and returning items as it reopens amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Gov. Phil Murphy announced on Friday that libraries can begin to provide contact-less pickup for library materials starting on June 15. Read More: Gov. Murphy Announces More NJ Business Coronavirus Reopenings
The library’s bookdrop is open during these curbside pickup hours:

- Monday through Thursday: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.; 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.;
- Friday: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.; and
- Saturday, beginning June 27: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The library will also institute early morning hours from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on June 19.

Patrons shouldn’t come to the library until they are notified that their order is ready. Upon arrival, patrons should:
- Call or text the library staff at 856-761-5074, give the name of the person on the pickup order and the make/color of car or if you are on foot;
- Open your truck and stay inside the car. If on feet, stay six feet away from others; and
- The order will be placed in the trunk. For anyone on foot, the order will be placed on a table for contactless pickup.
A 72-hour quarantine period will be in effect for all returned items.
