Haddonfield Library Reopening For Curbside Pickup

HADDONFIELD, NJ — The Haddonfield Public Library has set forth guidelines for requesting and returning items as it reopens amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The library’s bookdrop is open during these curbside pickup hours:

• Monday through Thursday: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.; 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.;
• Friday: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.; and
• Saturday, beginning June 27: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The library will also institute early morning hours from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on June 19.

Patrons shouldn’t come to the library until they are notified that their order is ready. Upon arrival, patrons should:

• Call or text the library staff at 856-761-5074, give the name of the person on the pickup order and the make/color of car or if you are on foot;
• Open your truck and stay inside the car. If on feet, stay six feet away from others; and
• The order will be placed in the trunk. For anyone on foot, the order will be placed on a table for contactless pickup.

A 72-hour quarantine period will be in effect for all returned items.
