Hour-by-Hour: How Much Snow, Sleet Will Fall in Haddonfield and Haddon Township?

Once again, slick, freezing, and icy conditions are plaguing Camden County residents. A wintry hazardous mix of precipitation has hit New Jersey Monday, and it’s expected to last until the evening, according to the National Weather Service.

Freezing rain and sleet will hammer Camden County today, with a tenth of an inch of ice and half an inch of snow accumulating during the day.

Snow, freezing rain and sleet will accumulate before 9 p.m., making way for more snow overnight. Snow is expected to fall until 8 a.m. Tuesday with about half an inch of new snow accumulating, according to the NWS.

The National Weather Service has issued a ”Winter Weather Advisory,” an alert for freezing rain, sleet and snow that’s in effect from Monday at 6 a.m. to Tuesday at 6 a.m.

Enough snow, sleet and freezing rain can fall to make roads slippery in New Jersey, especially where the precipitation occurs during the early morning and evening hours, according to Accuweather.
