Pride Month Events In, Around Haddonfield
Parades, parties and drag queen story times are some of the Pride Month events scheduled to take place in and around Haddonfield this year.
SOUTH JERSEY — A number of events will be held in and around Haddonfield in the next few weeks to celebrate June's designation as Pride Month. Find out more details about some of these events below.
On Thursday, Haddon hosts a Pride Parade from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Participants will march down Haddon Avenue from Crystal Lake Avenue to Strawbridge Avenue. After the parade, there is an after-party at Haddon Square.
On Friday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., the Forgotten Brewing Company in Cherry Hill will host a pride celebration and drag show.

Also on Friday, but from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and in Haddon, Pride and Progress Community Night takes place at Haddon Square. Groups that support the LGBTQIAP+ community will have information about their services, and there will also be a Drag Queen Lip Sync Battle, Disc Jockey and more.
On Saturday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Haddon, the SoHa Arts Building hosts Pride Fest. Artists and crafters displaying their wares, cooks and chefs will have food trucks and a drag queen who tells stories are just some of the activities that are scheduled to take place at this event.

Later on Saturday, Collingswood's inaugural Pride Pop-up Event takes place from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Haddon Avenue and the intersection with Irvin Avenue. The entertainment will include drag queens, a live DJ with dance party, artists and crafters and more, organizers said.
Then on Sunday at 4 p.m., the Tortilla Press Cantina in Merchantville hosts Brunch is a Drag, a celebration filled with food, dancing and comedy performances.
And on Monday, June 20, the Collingswood Pride Picnic takes place from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Scottish Rite Auditorium. Bring your own picnic dinner and then take part in one of several events, including drag queen story time, teen poetry open mic, crafts and live music.
