Rain Or Shine, Halloween Is Oct. 31 In Haddonfield: Cops
Haddonfield's trick-or-treat hours will remain on Oct. 31, the police department said on Tuesday.
HADDONFIELD, NJ — Haddonfield is sticking by its recommended hours for trick-or-treat in spite of the weather forecast this Halloween.
Haddonfield police recommend trick-or-treating between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31. There is no rain date. In a Facebook post, police said they have their fingers crossed that rain will be minimal.
Some towns in South Jersey have already made the decision to change the hours for their traditional trick-or-treat. In Atlantic County, Hammonton has moved its trick-or-treating hours to Wednesday, Oct. 30. It's not the only town to move its Halloween-related events.
