Ukraine Benefit Concert To Be Held In South Jersey
The concert will feature a live performance from a Camden County musician, according to the host of the event.
HADDONFIELD, NJ — The war between Russia and Ukraine may no longer be the first story in television and radio newscasts and emailed newsletters, but it is still on the mind of parishioners of at least one South Jersey church.
To that end, the First Baptist Church of Haddonfield, located at 124 Kings Highway East in the borough, will hold a benefit concert for Ukraine on Saturday at 7 p.m.
"Renowned area pianist" Irina Nenartovich will perform works from Bach, Mozart, Chopin, Debussy, Shostakovich and some of her own compositions, the church said on its Facebook page.
