The first one will take place on Wednesday night, and will focus on how to avoid emotional eating during a lockdown.
The second will take place June 4, and will focus on pelvic-floor disorders — which affect one in four women — and can cause pain and bladder incontinence.

“Education is a key component of staying healthy,” Virtua Health Director of Women’s Health Services Dr. Nicole Lamborne said. “By presenting these opportunities online, we can continue to give women the knowledge they need to take good care of themselves during the COVID-19 pandemic.”

Join celebrity host Madge the Vag from the popular web series of the same name, where she empowers women with a blend of humor and medical facts. Madge will sit down (virtually) with Virtua Health experts to get real about keeping your “lady parts in shape.” For example, pelvic-floor disorders can trigger “leaks” when a woman laughs or sneezes, and may even cause pain. Virtua experts will explain how to strengthen your pelvic floor at any age to overcome these issues. Madge will be joined by Dr. Sage Claydon, a urogynecologist, and Michelle Peshick, a pelvic-floor physical therapist.
