ā¢ Spay/Neuter Law in Haledon, New Jersey (peta.org) ā If you own a dog or cat in Haledon, youāre required each January to get a borough license and metal tag, with different annual fees depending on whether your pet is neutered. Part of your payment is sent to New Jersey state programs that support rabies control and low-cost spay/neuter services, while licenses expire every January 31 and must be renewed yearly.
