HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ — A proposed El Car Wash development on Route 17 is returning to the Hasbrouck Heights Planning Board's agenda Wednesday evening.
According to the borough's Nov. 4 agenda, the board is scheduled to consider a resolution for preliminary and final site plan approval.
The application, PB26-14, concerns 187 Route 17, identified as Block 189, Lots 1.02 and 11.
As Patch previously reported, the Planning Board approved the proposal for the former Mt. Fuji property.
The project was subsequently submitted to the New Jersey Department of Transportation for review, particularly concerning traffic entering and exiting Route 17.
The Planning Board meeting begins at 7 p.m.
