Aviators Bowl To Victory Against Palisades Park

The Hasbrouck Heights coed varsity bowling team defeated Palisades Park Tuesday, 5-0, at the Wallington Lanes.

The Aviators, ranked fourth in the district, received top contributions from junior Matt Marinelli, who bowled 178, and sophomore Mark Robinson, who bowled a  231.

"We all played well today. (The feeling) was like when we beat another good team, St.Marys," stated Marinelli.

Robinson agreed. "We just did what we know we're capable of doing, and we're happy with the results."

Aviator's varsity bowling coach, Nick Delcalzo, was equally impressed with how this team finished the season.

"This was a big match for us. The guys did great, especially Matt and Mark."
