The recreation department's youth basketball clinic concluded this past Saturday. The eight-week clinic was held at 24 Hour Fitness on Route 17 for the third year in a row.
The fitness center provides basketball trainers for boys and girls in grades first and second. Clinics were broken down into three groups - first grade boys met at 11 a.m., second grade boys at 12:15 p.m. and first and second grade girls at 1:30 p.m.
All the youngsters received trophies for their participation in this year's clinic, said Robert Brady, director of recreation.
