Hasbrouck Heights' Kevin Condal, a Class of 2011 high school graduate and accomplished track star who earned numerous titles during his high school career, was among 10 high school athletes in county to receive the high school athlete award from the YMCA of Greater Bergen County.
Condal was joined by his family, former coaches, and other Heights school representives at a special awards dinner Tuesday night at the Sheraton Inn in Mahwah.
and was the state’s fastest 300 meter runner in both 2010 and 2011. He also holds the all time Bergen County Meet of Champions record of 47.94 seconds in the 400 meters. He now attends Rutgers University.
