
National Honor Society students at Hasbrouck Heights High School were recognized for their participation in the MSG Varsity/Cablevision Power to Learn Charity Champions program during the Relay for Life Kick-Off event held at the high school media center this week.
A $1,000 check was presented to the students for their charity of choice, the American Cancer Society/Relay for Life. A $500 check was also presented to the school for furtherance of the students’ planned charitable activities. District 38 Assemblywoman Connie Wagner also participated.
