(northjersey.com) — Drivers from Hasbrouck Heights still have a nearby Sonic on Route 17, but the former Sonic site on Route 46 in Totowa will stay vacant after a planned Starbucks fell through. Totowa officials say the property owner is now seeking new tenants, leaving the once-busy drive-in boarded up and overgrown for the foreseeable future.
