Foodies unite. June is national candy month, dairy month, fresh fruit and vegetable month, iced tea month, papaya month, seafood month, and for some unknown reason, turkey lover’s month. But June is also the month Terre à Terre kicks off its farm-to-table dinner series!
It’s no secret that Executive Chef Todd Villani is one of the biggest advocates of locally sourced products. This is clearly demonstrated by Chef Villani’s menu, which highlights many of the local farms in which he sources products such as Bracco Farms, Blue Moon Acres Farm, Goffle Road Poultry Farm, and more. In total, Villani sources produce, cheese and meat products from dozens of area farms.
He is now taking his commitment to locally sustainable products further by offering farm-to-table prix fixe dinners every Wednesday and Thursday during June. Featuring seasonal ingredients from Chef Villani favorite local farms, the farm-to-table prix fixe menus will rotate every week and will cost $39 per person for 3 courses.
