$100K Sidewalk Repair Project To Begin Soon In Hillsborough

The project that will replace uneven sidewalk sections at various locations throughout the Township.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A $100,000 project to repair sidewalks across the township is set to begin shortly in Hillsborough.

Committeeman Doug Tomson gave an update on the project that will replace uneven sidewalk sections at various locations throughout the Township at the Sept. 27 Committee meeting.

"The work should start soon but since we are late in the construction season, all work is weather dependent," said Tomson.

Along with the repairs, the project will also install upgraded handicap ramps at Pleasant View Road and Marshall Road for better ADA access to Ann Van Middlesworth and Woodfield Parks.
