198-Home Development Application To Be Heard Thursday In Hillsborough

The Hillsborough Planning Board will continue to hear the M&M Realty Partners (West Tract) application.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — The application proposing to build 198 single-family homes in Hillsborough will be heard by the Hillsborough Planning Board on Thursday.

The applicant M&M Realty Partners at Hillsborough, LLC is looking to subdivide the "Western Tract" of the former Glen Gery Quarry, to subdivide about 209.59 acres into 200 lots.

Additionally, the application is seeking to build 198 single-family homes on lots of varying sizes with two open space lots and associated roads, stormwater, lighting, and improvement.

The Hillsborough Township Planning Board Meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 1 and be held in person at the Hillsborough Township Municipal Complex, The Peter J. Biondi Building, 379 South Branch Road, Hillsborough.
