2 Liquor Licenses Up For Sale In Hillsborough

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Hillsborough Township is looking to sell two liquor licenses at a price of $350,000 each.

Currently, the township is allowed to issue 5 distribution liquor licenses and has two available. The township is also allowed to issue 14 consumption liquor licenses and has three available.

The Township Committee passed two resolutions at the April 25 meeting authorizing the sale of one Plenary Retail Distribution Liquor License and one Plenary Retail Consumption Liquor License.

The licenses will go out to bid with a minimum bid price of $350,000 each.

Proposal forms are available and can be submitted to the Office of the Township Clerk.
