4 Candidates Running For 2 Hillsborough Township Committee Seats

Two Republican incumbents and two challenging Democrats have filed to run in the Primary Election.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Four candidates filed to run for two Township Committee seats up for election this year in Hillsborough.

Monday afternoon marked the state deadline for candidates to file petitions to get on the ballot for the 2024 primary elections. Two Republicans and two Democrats submitted petitions for candidacy in Hillsborough.

  • Shawn Lipani (incumbent)
  • Robert Britting, Jr. (incumbent)

Democrats:
