9 Hillsborough Roads To Be Paved In 2022: See List
The Hillsborough Township Committee voted to award a contract to Top Line Construction Corporation for $852K to complete the work.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A total of nine roadways in the township will see a facelift as part of Hillsborough's 2022 Capital Roadway Resurfacing plan.
The Township Committee voted unanimously at the June 14 meeting to award of a contract to
Top Line Construction Corporation in an amount not to exceed $852,783.78.

The Township received nine bids with the lowest bid from Top Line Construction located in Somerville.
As per the recommendation of the Township Engineering and Public Works Departments, the focus of the project will be the Sunrise Development, which includes the following roads:

- Westcott Road,
- DeCamp Drive,
- Sutphen Lane,
- Saxon Street,
- Thatcher Terrace,
- Sheppard Court,
- Bigley Road,
- Danley Lane,
- Ernest Drive (between Sutphen Lane and Amwell Road)
This includes about 2 miles of development roadways which will also upgrade handicap ramps and drainage inlets to the latest standards.
Additionally, the Township will now be using a computer-generated road review system to analyze and rank the Township’s 250 miles of roadways for future repaving and maintenance.
