After a mid-season tournament in Middlesex, a lot of exhibition matches and a lot of practice the wrestlers got to try what they learned at two end of season tournaments. At the Raritan Valley B Tournament we had Donoven Nicolas bring home 1st place. Jason Roser finished in 2nd place while Tommy Rice, Matt Jones and Johnathan Roesner took 3rd. Brett Lockburner and Tyler Kennette took 4th while Dennis Ramirez, Tyler Oram, Christian Quandt and Luke Donnadio took 5th.
The Novice team followed that up with a strong turnout and performance at the Metuchen Novice Tournament. Varun Deb, Mike Lalor, Joe Witcoski, Nicolas, Roser and Oram all took 1st place. Kraig Ravaioli, Jones and Lockburner took 2nd. Jimmy Marvitz and Dennis Ramirez took 3rd while Steven Hunt, Tommy Rice, Brian O’Kane, Luke Moleski and Matt Callesano took 4th.
