Bridge Construction To Close County Route 601

MONTGOMERY, NJ — Pedestrian safety improvements will continue causing County Route 601 to close on Friday through Sunday.

The road will be closed between County Route 518 and Main Boulevard (Skillman Park entrance) from 9 a.m. Friday to Sunday evening for work related to bridge construction improvements.

Detours will be in effect during this period.

This construction is part of Somerset County's project to provide a route for pedestrians and bikes along the 601 corridor between Skillman and Blawenburg.
