DUI Arrest, Crash: Montgomery Police Blotter

Montgomery Police reported a crash and also made an arrest for driving under the influence in the most recent blotter.

MONTGOMERY, NJ — Montgomery Police reported a crash and also made an arrest for driving under the influence in the most recent blotter.

On Nov. 29 at around 6:45 p.m.: Montgomery Police went to the area of Township Line Road for the report of a possible DUI driver. Upon arrival, officers found the suspect vehicle, a gold 2006 Kia Sedona, parked in the driveway of a residence and heavily damaged, appearing to have run off the roadway at an undetermined location. Their subsequent investigation led to the driver's arrest, 63-year-old Kim Moyle of BelleMead, for driving under the influence. Moyle was held at police headquarters where she was cited for DUI and refusal to submit breath samples. She was released pending first appearance in Montgomery Township Municipal Court.

On Nov. 28 at around 4:59 p.m.: Montgomery Police and EMS Squad 47 responded to Route 518 near Route 601 for a motor vehicle crash. Michelle Henrich, 41, of Hillsborough, was driving a 2014 GMC Acadia, exiting a parking lot and attempting to turn left onto Route 518 eastbound. Henrich's vehicle was struck by a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek travelling westbound on Route 518 in the left turn lane. The Subaru was operated by a 17-year-old juvenile from South Brunswick. The juvenile complained of chest pain after the crash and was treated by Squad 47 before being released with his father's permission. The Subaru Crosstrek was towed from the scene and the GMC Acadia was towed and impounded by Montgomery Police. Henrich was issued a summons for careless driving and a summons for having an uninsured motor vehicle.
