Multiple roadways in Montgomery are closed Friday due to flooding, Somerset County Public Safety announced.

MONTGOMERY, NJ — Multiple roadways in Montgomery are closed Friday due to flooding, Somerset County Public Safety announced.
Griggstown Causeway between Franklin Township and Montgomery is closed due to flooding.
County Route 605 (River Road) is also closed between Blue Spring Road and Route 27 in Montgomery.

Rain is expected to continue, mainly before noon. Temperatures are expected to hit a high near 44. with a north wind of 10 to 15 mph, according to the National Weather Service.

Sunday: A slight chance of rain and snow before 9 a.m., then a chance of rain. Patchy fog before 10 a.m. Otherwise, partly sunny, with a high near 59. Light south wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40 percent. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
Sunday Night: A chance of showers before 8 p.m., then a slight chance of rain between 8 p.m. and 2 a.m. Partly cloudy, with a low around 34. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
