All of the explosions are believed to have been caused by gas leaks because of floodwaters.
The Saffron restaurant had been flooded by water from the Millstone River. As of Friday at 9:45 a.m., the river is still flooding at 13.77 feet high. It had reached a record high of 23.75 feet on Thursday morning, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
