MONTGOMERY, NJ — The Griggstown Causeway in Montgomery reopened Friday following flooding.

The causeway had closed on Wednesday due to heavy rain.

Friday Afternoon: Mostly sunny, with a high near 80. Breezy, with a west wind 20 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 50 mph.

Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 45. Breezy, with a west wind 15 to 20 mph decreasing to 10 to 15 mph after midnight.

Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 69. West wind 5 to 10 mph.

Saturday Night: A chance of showers after 2 a.m. Partly cloudy, with a low around 48. Southeast wind around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Sunday: Showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 2 p.m. High near 65. Southeast wind 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.

Sunday Night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 8pm, then a chance of showers between 8 p.m. and 2 a.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 39. Chance of precipitation is 40 percent. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
