Hearing On 198 Homes To Be Built In Hillsborough Canceled, Rescheduled
The Hillsborough Planning Board meeting on Thursday is canceled and the M&M Realty Partners (West Tract) application is rescheduled.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — The hearing for the M&M Realty Partners (West Tract), which is proposing to build 198 single family homes in Hillsborough, has been rescheduled.
Notice for the hearing "was found to be deficient," so the application cannot be heard this Thursday, July 14, according to Hillsborough Township.
Since this was the only major item on the agenda, the July 14 Planning Board meeting has been canceled.

The hearing will be rescheduled for the July 28 Planning Board meeting.
The applicant M&M Realty Partners at Hillsborough, LLC is looking to subdivide the "Western Tract" of the former Glen Gery Quarry, to subdivide about 209.59 acres into 200 lots. Additionally, the application is seeking to build 198 single-family homes on lots of varying sizes with two open space lots and associated roads, stormwater, lighting, and improvement.
