The Bergen County School Counselor Association selected E. Roy Bixby Principal Robert Watts as its winner of its Administrator of the Year award in May.
The award is given out by the BCSCA on a yearly basis to a guidance director or program manager who has shown exemplary leadership to their department or school. Robert lives with his wife Helen, herself a business award winner in Scotch Plains, in Hillsborough.
