Hillsborough Township To Collect Scenic Photos For The 2024 Calendar

“We are beginning to work on the 2024 color-printed calendar and are pleased to onceagain partner with Town Planner to produce it,” announced Mayor Shawn Lipani.“As always, the printing of the calendar comes at no cost to Hillsborough taxpayers. It isfunded through the advertisements contained within the calendar,” added MayorLipani.

Township calendars are generally mailed out to Hillsborough residents in December and include schedules, community event reminders, important dates, and phone numbers for the coming year. As with previous calendars, it will also showcase photographs featuring Hillsborough Township’s landscape and scenery that are submitted by residents.

Past calendars have included pictures of Hillsborough’s stunning scenery including farms, mountain views, parks, rivers, creeks, and wildlife. Residents are asked not to submit pictures of people and pets, and to be mindful of objects that can block scenery such as roofs, decks, car windows, and fences.

Individuals interested in submitting photographs for consideration for the 2024 calendar can email their high-resolution image, along with a photo release form, to Deborah Ng at debng@hillsborough-nj.org. Each photo should be saved with the picture’s location and the photographer’s first and last name. The photo release form can be found on the Township website at hillsborough-nj.org.

The calendar has limited spaces for photographs so there is no guarantee every picture will be used. Advertising opportunities are also available in the calendar and are being handled directly through Town Planner.
