In 2020 Hillsborough proclaimed to be Stigma Free in 2020, and at the last Township Committee meeting, we proclaimed September as September is Suicide Awareness month. MINDING YOUR MIND, a VIRTUAL presentation was held on Wednesday, September 28th. This presentation, an introductory mental health education program, educates participants to look beyond stigma and notice warning signs of stress, anxiety, depression, and crisis. The presentation includes a professional viewpoint and a lived personal experience by a young woman who shares her story of trauma, addiction, hope, resilience, and recovery.

PUPPY NOSES AND YOGA POSES will be held at the Municipal Building on Friday, October 14th as a fundraiser for BoroSAFE as well as a puppy rescue organization. More information will be coming on this…..
