Home Caregiver Sexually Assaulted Non-Verbal Man In Somerset: Cop
Rose Stanley, 69, of Hempstead Drive in Somerset, was charged with aggravated criminal sexual contact of a man she was hired to care for.

SOMERSET, NJ — A Somerset woman was charged with aggravated criminal sexual contact of a non-verbal man she was hired to care for, said Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson.
Rose Stanley, 69, of Hempstead Drive in Somerset was charged. She was working as a Home Health Care aide for a Franklin Township-based healthcare company at the time of the assault.
The assault was reported on Tuesday at about 3:12 p.m. to Franklin Township Police at a Franklin home.

Detectives from the Franklin Township Police Department investigated and arrested Stanley without incident.
Stanley was charged with third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact. She was lodged in the Somerset County Jail pending a detention hearing.
