Man Wanted For Aggravated Sex Assault In Somerset County: Prosecutor

FRANKLIN, NJ — A man wanted on aggravated sexual assault charges in Franklin Township was named the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office(SCPO) Fugitive of the Month for February.

Moises Soriano-Ayala is wanted by the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office for failure to appear (FTA) for one count of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, three counts of second-degree sexual assault, and three counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of child all of which occurred in August of 2023 in Franklin Township (Somerset County).

A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

The SCPO released the following information on Moises Soriano-Ayala:

• Height: 5’5
• Weight: 200
• Hair: Brown
• EYES: Brown
• Tattoos: N/A
• Last known address: Monmouth Junction (Middlesex County)
