Manville Man ID'd As Pedestrian Killed By Car In Hillsborough

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Miguel Martinez Cuellar, 43, of Manville was identified as the pedestrian who was fatally hit by a car on Route 206 in Hillsborough Friday night.

Hillsborough Police responded to the area of Route 206 near Partridge Road at around 7:39 p.m. where they found Cuellar in the roadway, police reported.

Cuellar was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the motor vehicle was identified as Hao Wang, 52, of Morris Plains. Wang remained on scene.

"No charges have been filed, but it is still under investigation," Sgt. Jim Omert told Patch.
