New $600K Turf Field To Be Installed At Hillsborough High School
A new turf field, costing around $600,000 will be installed at Hillsborough High School this summer.

Hillsborough, NJ - Hillsborough High School will be getting a new turf field this summer.
The project was approved by voters in March through a referendum for $2 millionin improvements at Hillsborough High School and Hillsborough Middle Schools.
The referendum included replacing the artificial turf at the high school which will cost $608,048.

“The artificial turf field at Hillsborough High School is nearing the end of its useful life,” the board posted before the vote in March. “A new artificial turf will continue to keep maintenance costs low while allowing for continuous daily use.”
While the turf field is installed, the stadium will be closed to the public, Hillsborough Police announced on Wednesday.
