Lady Gaga Aids Injured Fan During Mohegan Sun Show: Report
The singer/songwriter temporarily stopped her Nov. 11 show to help a girl who'd been injured in the audience. Watch the video.

UNCASVILLE, CT — If Lady Gaga ever decides to give up her hugely successful singing and songwriting career, perhaps she should consider becoming a paramedic.
Long known for her connection to her fans, whom she affectionately refers to as her "Little Monsters," Lady Gaga came to the aid of an injured and bleeding fan in the middle of her sold-out Nov. 11 Joanne World Tour show at Mohegan Sun, reports Glamour magazine.
Lady Gaga noticed the fan in the crowd after the girl - named Meredith - had been hit in the face, and she stopped the show and spoke with her for several minutes until medical personnel could arrive and escort the girl out for treatment.

While the fan was receiving treatment, Lady Gaga dedicated the song "Paparazzi" to her, and told her crew to get the girl a backstage pass. Watch the video below, posted to the Joanne World Tour Twitter page:
