See How Hillsborough Voted In Township Committee Races

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Republican incumbent Frank DelCore won in a heated race on Tuesday defeating Democrat newcomer Jeffrey Wright for township committee for Hillsborough, according to unofficial results. The final count on Mail in Ballots will be provided by the County Clerk Office on Nov. 12.

Overall Hillsborough favored DelCore with 4,162 total votes over Wright with 3,342 votes.

All but seven districts out of the 33 total in Hillsborough Township favored DelCore. Districts 5, 12, 13, 16, 21, 32, and 33 all voted in favor of Wright.

The Hillsborough/Millstone School District also had a heated race with five candidates vying for the three open three-year seats. Candidates Incumbent Jean Trujillo, John Oliver, and Incumbent Gregory Gillette edged out Paul Marini and Joyce Eldridge-Howard. (Click here to see the results)
