Somerset County Man Charged With Sex Crime

A 33-year-old Somerset County man has been charged for a sex crime involving a minor committed in 2000, according to nj.com.

David C. Hardy of Branchburg is accused of having sex with a minor that was older than 13, but younger than 16-years-old - he would have been 19-years-old at the time, according to nj.com.
