HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Thanksgiving is just about a week away and some may already be gathering up ingredients to cook up a tasty feast. But for those who are less organized and may need to race to the store for last minute purchases or all of their groceries — you are in luck.

Fortunately, many stores will be open in and around Hillsborough on Thanksgiving, but watch out — some stores close early.

• Wegmans, 724 US-202, Bridgewater: 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pharmacy will be closed.
• Costco Wholesale, 325 Promenade Boulevard, Bridgewater: Closed
• ShopRite of Somerville, 1 S Davenport St., Somerville: 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• ShopRite of Branchburg, 3166 Route 22, Branchburg: 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Trader Joe's, 315 Promenade Blvd., Bridgewater: Closed
• Whole Foods, 319 Chimney Rock Rd, Bound Brook: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
