Is Not about CrossFit. Hear me out on this. CrossFit affiliation is relatively easy to get if you own gym or a training studio. Which leads to a problem of every CrossFit gym being different from the other, some are good some are bad. That being said once you do find a good one you realize it’s NOT about CrossFit. It is about the Coaches that teach at that particular box. I want to emphasize the word TEACH, that is what we do. A good coach will help you with nutrition (which should be first on the list anyway), he will evaluate your needs, goals and wants and teach you how to get there. A good coach will listen to you and make sure that what you do during and after a workout helps you get to your goals in a best way possible. When I joined a CrossFit box , I thought its a workout program, very soon I realized that half the people there are not doing CrossFit, they are training. CrossFit is a gateway to a lifestyle that incorporates proper nutrition, exercise and life habits, once you realize that and embrace those 3 components you start making better decisions, have more energy and enjoy more of life!
Will make you wonder. At first it will make you question what is possible. Once you discover that a human body is capable of amazing things it will make you wonder. It will make you think of new heights to reach, new goals to beat, and new things to try. There is nothing more exhilarating than learning a new movement, reaching your goal or realizing you are a part of a dedicated community.
Will get you hooked. Mastering the ways to live healthy, increase your energy, shape your body, have fun and improve your life is addictive. You start to realize that nothing is impossible.
