Who is Hillsborough's Biggest Harry Potter Fan?

In one week, the Harry Potter movie series comes to a conclusion—Friday, July 15 is opening night for the second half of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

Since we love Hillsborough and Harry Potter, we want to know—who is the town's biggest Harry Potter fan?
