1Day Hoboken Seeks Volunteers

Hoboken’s Grace Community Church will host its 5th annual “1Day Hoboken” event on Saturday, Aug. 22.

Volunteers will gather at Church Square Park at 10 a.m., then spread throughout Hoboken to spend a few hours working on projects for various organizations and schools, such as the Hoboken Homeless Shelter, the Boys and Girls Club and the Hoboken High School.

At 1:30 p.m., after the completion of the projects, the volunteers will come back together for an after-party at the Turtle Club to celebrate and share what they accomplished.
