Man And Woman Charged After Packages Are Taken From FedEx Truck: Hoboken Police
A Hoboken woman and Jersey City man were charged with burglary after FedEx employees said they saw someone take packages from their truck.
HOBOKEN, NJ — A man and woman were charged with burglary and theft in Hoboken on Saturday after two FedEx employees told the Hoboken police that a man and woman had taken two packages from the truck.
Heather Trautz, 45, of Hoboken and Roberto Burgos, 36, of Jersey City were charged with burglary and theft, police said.
Police said that around 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Sgt. Francisco Rosa was flagged down in the area of Fifth Street and Willow Avenue by two FedEx employees.

Rosa stopped Trautz and Burgos in the area of Church Square Park, police said.
They said, "During the on-scene investigation both were placed under arrest for stealing the packages. Based on their actions they were charged with theft and burglary which were placed on a summons complaint."

Burgos received an extra charge for possessing drug paraphernalia, police said.
Both were released after the arrest process was complete, police said.
