2 Men Charged After One Sells Cocaine To The Other, Hoboken Police Say
The Hoboken police arrested two men in connection with a drug sale, they said.
HOBOKEN, NJ — Police said they arrested two men last month after one sold cocaine to the other in Hoboken.
Police said that Armando Roman, 42, of Hoboken was arrested on Nov. 23 at approximately 4:15 p.m. in the area of Third and Harrison streets and charged with distribution of cocaine.
They said that Josue Santiago, 49, of Union City was arrested last month for purchasing cocaine from Roman.

Both were sent to Hudson County Correctional Facility, police said.
